Morning!
Well.. I guess you survived DAY 1!!! yippppeeee

I wanted to go over the daily schedule with you just to make sure you got it right! This is a sample of what I eat and how my day MIGHT go….I personally have a little wonky blood sugar…so if you do too…it is important for you to start your day with protein and fat, I know that might sound weird! but you need both for brain fuel and energy as well as to keep your blood sugar from getting crazy.

Most of us have started mornings with coffee and something sweet, which is about the worst thing we can do. So, having said that….in my shakes are 18 grams of collagen protein in the GoCLEAN shake packet! I usually add unsweetened nut milk, a big big handful of greens, and 3-4 walnuts or 2 brazil nuts.(yes the good FAT!) and lemon rind or blueberries and ice. Sometimes I add 1/4 an avocado for added fat…again to balance my blood sugar. Many people teeter on the Type 2 Diabetes spectrum, so if this is you…I would add the avocado and nuts!!

MORNING......LEMON/CAYENNE in WARM WATER…16 ounces worth as I read my AFFIRMATION…a positive statement about my HEALTH and LIFE.

BREAKFAST......GoCLEAN. SHAKE with supplement packet.

AFTER BREAKFAST......Prepare DETOX TEA and DRINK ALL DAY LONG!!

MIDMORNING EXERCISE... BARRE or BRISK WALK + DRY MITT SCRUB and HYDROTHERAPY SHOWER…when I get out I look in the mirror and say something LOVING to myself as I massage my SERUM in!

A.M. SNACK......NUTS OR LOW SUGAR FRUIT &
ALMOND BUTTER

BETWEEN MEALS I MAKE AN HERBAL TEA with LEMON/GINGER…keep drinking!!

LUNCH…..BLEND MY SECOND GoCLEAN. SHAKE with supplement packet. Get some fresh air and sun on my porch or  a walk around the block.

SNACK......VEGGIES AND HUMMUS or GREEN JUICE!

MORE WATER!!!!

DINNER......A YUMMY MEAL FROM THE SAMPLE MENU or a new concoction!

BEFORE BED……RELAX, READ and enjoy a warm bath in EPSON SALTS. Before I get in, I dip my fingers n my YOUTH GLUE and massage it on my face. I let it nourish my SKIN while I soak. I make my bath warm enough so that I SWEAT. The salts and sweating help release toxins and calm my body. 

LASTLY….I say my prayers of gratitude for another day of living.

DAILY…...I try to make/purchase a 16 ounce GREEN JUICE  to oxygenate my blood and my SKIN. It’s not mandatory but it is a great thing to do if you can!!

Drink half my body weight in water.

GET Fresh air and exercise

SWEAT AND/OR SAUNA
