Bok Choy and Lamb Chops

Bok Choy:

Ingredients: 

1 bunch reg or 6 bunches of baby bok cho
3 Tablespoons melted butter
3 Tablespoons fresh white miso
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 squeezed whole lemon
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

Mix the butter and miso together. Then just baste it on the bokchoy! Either broil or grill  (watch the leaves or roll them up so they don't burn). When browned. drizzle on olive oil, squeeze the lemon all over...and salt and pepper!! SO delicious!! I had my girls over before quarantine....they loved it!!

Lamb Chops

This lamb chop recipe is from the book "CLEAN." I've been making these chops for years. These spices are good for revving up your metabolism and helping to balance your blood sugar... and of course your tastebuds (wink wink) I like to make a double batch of the spice mix just to have on hand for the next time! YUM

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of cayenne
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 minced garlic cloves
4 lamb rib chops (much cheaper than leg of lamb!)

Instructions:

Mix together ingredients and rub it all over the meat. Let the spices sink in for 30 minutes or more. Then broil or grill.

VOILA!
