I attended an event last week and the hostess served us the most incredible fresh green juice.
I said, “WOW. This is so good! What’s the recipe?”
She replied, “It’s yours! LOL” My daughter had given her my green juice recipe five years ago, she’s still juicing it!
So I thought I'd better share it with you!
Here’s what goes in it: You can vary the amounts to your liking!
2 Cucumbers
4 stalks of Celery
1 Green apple
1/2 Asian pear
1 peeled lemon
1 inch of ginger
A big handful of leafy greens
Cilantro
Parsley
Fresh Mint
I use the basic HUROM juicer and I love it. You just have to chop everything into 1 inch pieces so it doesn’t clog up. Often I rejuice the pulp to squeeze every bit of juice out! LOL
If you don’t have a juicer ,or you just don’t want to be bothered ,then think about grabbing my GoBeYou. GREENS & COLLAGEN POWDER. Just stir a scoop of each together in 16 ounces of water. Stir or shake up and pour over ice! The lemon flavored collagen mixed with the greens makes it taste super refreshing!
