Harvest Bowl

10 minute Harvest bowl from leftovers - A quick and easy lunch or dinner!


Put 1/2 inch of water in your sauté pan

Add leftover brown rice, cubed firm tofu, thinly sliced cabbage, shiitake mushrooms and spinach

Put lid on and steam for 5 minutes

(I also steamed and light sautéed butternut squash, roasted some pine nuts and warmed up some black beans)

Sea salt and pepper

1 tablespoon of walnut oil on top... brain fuel and a completely nutritious meal from the rainbow!

Often I add a little kimchi on the side for my gut.
