Use our Bone Broth Protein powder to make this yummy smoothie, Pumpkin Pie latte or Chia Pumpkin Pie pudding!
1 scoop of GoBeYou.Bone Broth Protein powder.
10 oz Coconut milk (or mix and match your favorite nut milks..no oat milk please..too high in sugar)
1/4-1/2 cup of pureed pumpkin.
1/4 teaspoon each of ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.(or more!)
1 teaspoon of almond butter.
4 Pecans
1 teaspoon of maple syrup. (adjust if needed)
We use real maple syrup as our sweetener since it contains numerous antioxidants as well as important vitamins and minerals.
1 teaspoon each of flax meal and chia seeds (optional).
Blend it all together in your Nutri-bullet or blender. Add ice if you prefer it cold.
Pumpkin Pie Latté…just warm it up after you blend it.
Chia Pumpkin Pie Protein Pudding...after blending, just add 1/3 a cup of chia seeds and refrigerate overnight for yummy CHIA PUMPKIN PIE PUDDING!
