Ingredients:
2 Cups Raw Almonds
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Turmeric
3 Garlic cloves, peeled and sliced (not diced).
2 Sprigs of fresh Rosemary
Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
In a cast-iron pan on low, simmer the garlic, rosemary, and turmeric in olive oil for 5 minutes. Throw in the almonds and toss it all around for 10 more minutes on med-low. Salt to taste. Drizzle a bit more olive oil and Maldon sea salt. Serve in a bowl, or throw 'em in a gift bag!
