At times, we all need someone or something to lean on...to hold us up...and that’s ok!

This round rock won’t stay on here without that little twig to keep it stable.

I keep these 3 on my kitchen windowsill to remind me...

it’s ok to ask for help,
it’s ok to delegate and
it’s ok to lean on someone else sometimes.

I don’t have to be a super being... it’s ok to have round edges... I don’t want to be a square solid block that's rigid and lives within a system that doesn't allow for vulnerability....I’m human.
